- Two sets of containers, same in size and shape, with different colored lids
- Use any empty spice/herb jars, or
- Recommended products:
- A cotton ball with a drop of essential oil into each of the containers - a pair of containers has the same smell that can be lemon, peppermint, oregano, lavender, etc.; or use bags of powdered substances (cinnamon, coffee, cloves, soap powder, sachet, etc.)
- Each one of a pair of containers holding the same substance should be marked on the bottom with the same color
